Enjoy the autumn breeze during the Friends of the National Arboretum Fall 5k!
There has never been a more beautiful route to race on. With rolling green hills, beautifully-colored fall foliage, and streams winding their way to the Anacostia River. Enjoy the U.S. National Arboretum in all of the season’s beautiful fall fashion.
The race is not only wonderfully scenic but totally safe and secure. All roads are closed to cars during the race, so all participants can enjoy safely running through this 450-acre green landscape.
Strollers and dogs are welcome, but dogs must stay on a 5’ non-retractable leash. Additionally, all in-person race participants will be required to pick up their race packet at 1400 W St. NW Suite 160, Washington, DC 22209 on Friday, November 11th between 2 pm – 6 pm; or on race morning at the National Arboretum from 7:30 am – 8:45 am.
