You need to enjoy one more party before the summer ends, and this year’s edition of the Chesapeake Oyster, Wine, and Beer Festival comes at the perfect time for it. Come to Dock 5: Union Market on 5th Street Northeast Saturday, September 21st to enjoy some of the best seafood and libations this area has to offer. 

Here, it doesn’t matter how you like your oysters. Whether you prefer them raw, steamed, or grilled, your choice will be available in plentiful quantities. Two sessions ensure you’ll be able to enjoy your fill of the briny bivalves, with one starting at 11am, and another beginning at 5pm. 20 live shuckers will be on hand to serve you, with 20 different types of oysters to choose from. If oysters aren’t your thing, fear not. Sample the New England Clambake or the Charleston Seafood Boil instead. Don’t forget about The Meat Department, which offers exactly what you would expect. When you get thirsty, choose from a whopping 30 different beers, wines, and spirits hailing from near and far.
