On October 20, the Race for Every Child takes over downtown Washington DC alongside Children’s National in hopes of providing medical care for all chlidren, regardless of ability to pay. This 5K run/walk and Kids Dash takes place from 7 a.m. to 12 p.m. and welcomes all families, weekend joggers, serious runners, and all members of the community to participate.

The race aims to raise funds for Children’s National, which is among the nation’s top 5 pediatric hospitals. The money raised from the Race for Every Child will expand programs, develop new therapies and cures, and provide all types of care for children and babies in need.
