Take in All Kinds of Unique, Modern Theater at the Source Festival Between June 8 and July 3
Source is an innovative theatre venue located near DC’s U Street corridor, and between now and July 3, it’s also home to the highly anticipated Source Festival. The festival features a variety of different performance types, so it’s pretty easy to find something for everyone.
Get seats for one of the festival’s unique “10-Minute Plays,” for example, and experience the full range of dramatic suspense, laughter, and enjoyment in just a few minutes. You might also enjoy getting tickets for one of the festival’s “Artistic Blind Date” groupings, which refers to how the pieces were produced. During this unique event, the festival gives the script for one of its full-length plays to a group of artists in different mediums (sculptors, painters, musicians and writers), and invited them each to create an original work inspired by the play. For a full calendar of events, head to the website, where you can also reserve seats online.
